RMA Request Form
CTD's RMA Process:
A replacement unit will be sent to the customer if it is within 30 days from purchase.
The customer must contact CTD Support
first to verify a problem, 1-866-533-3331 Option 2.
If CTD Support cannot help resolve the issue, then we will ship a replacement unit
UPS Ground with a return shipping label enclosed. If an overnight shipment is needed
(this is only for emergency situations), then CTD will not send a return label.
An invoice will be created. The customer must ship the faulty unit to CTD within
10 business days of receiving the replacement to get a credit to their account.
After that time, credit will be given at CTD's discretion. The unit must be in the
original packaging with the same serial number, all accessories, and look like new.
Do not ship in the manufacturer's box; use an outer shipping box. Do not write on
the manufacturer's box; use a sticky note.
After 30 days from purchase, CTD will request an RMA through the manufacturer. Any
