I think you are a very good company. Support is excellent in every way, from billing
to sales to tech support. Eric is great to deal with as is Ashley. I also want to
say that tech support is some of the best that I work with whether it be a vendor
directly or a distributor. I want to lift up in particular both David and Ed. I
worked with David recently on difficult SIP issues on an Allworx 6x. I would have
failed and I'm sure eventually lost a customer if it were not for his EXPERT, friendly
